SATURDAY MAY 2ND
10:30am-12:00pm: Zach & Stone photos (Troy and Washington Park)
12:00pm: Family arrives to Washington Park for photos
ADDRESS: Washington Park Lake House, Washington Park Rd, Albany, NY
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Text Casey at 845-849-6494. She can help making sure you’re in the right place for photos!
12:45pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete
Everyone take personal vehicles to park at the NYS Museum (street parking)
ADDRESS: 222 Madison Ave, Albany NY
Park anywhere on the street near this address!
1:30pm: Officiant Colleen and Pups arrive
2:00pm- 2:30pm: Ceremony
2:40pm: Family gets back in their cars and heads to the Kenmore Ballroom, 76 North Pearl Street, Albany
3:00pm: Family photos at the Kenmore Ballroom
4:00pm: Cocktail hour begins
5:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests are invited to find their seats
5:20pm: Stone and Zach introduced, first dance and mother/son dances, first course served;
5:45pm: Toasts by Lauren, Toast by Dustin, Toast by Katie, Thank you by S&Z
6:15pm: Entrée served
7:00pm: Cake cutting; Group photo; dance floor opens!
7:15pm: Coffee and dessert served
9:00pm: Reception Ends, after party at Dawn’s
