7:00pm-10:00pm: Welcome Party at Stockbridge Golf Club
8:15pm: Welcome by Mandi and Zach. Toasts by Kristen & Grace, Jacob, Jess, Adam, Austin, Jason
SATURDAY OCTOBER 11th
10:45am: Breakfast at Bagel and Brew ( 8 Franklin St A, Lenox, MA) for Zach and groomsmen
11:45am Zach and groomsmen arrive back to Berkshire Untold, begin to get ready
12:45pm: Zach and groomsmen meet in lobby of Berkshire Untold for shuttle
12:55pm: Zach and groomsmen depart in shuttle for the venue
1:05pm: Zach and groomsmen arrive to the venue
1:30pm: First Look, portraits, private vows
2:30pm: Bridal Party Photos
2:45pm: Kids in flower crew arrive to the Linde Center, golf carted to pictures
3:15pm: Family photos
3:30pm: Guest transportation begins from hotels for ceremony
3:45pm Pre-ceremony photos complete
3:45pm: Ketubah signing
4:30pm: Processional Begins
