SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th
2:15pm: Tessa and Korra arrive to the venue to get dressed and pictures
3:00pm: Coach bus picks up family and guests from hotels
3:30pm: Family and guests arrive on coach buses to the venue
4:00pm: Processional Begins
Officiant Ian takes their place at the front of the ceremony

4:30pm: Ceremony Concludes/ Cocktail Hour begins
4:30pm: Family photos
5:30pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests find their seats in Grace Barn
5:50pm: Toasts by Richard / Jean / Caroline
6:00pm: Buffet opens
6:50pm: Cake cutting for Tessa and Korra; dance floor opens in Hudson Barn
7:30pm: Transportation available each hour to take guests back to hotels
8:30pm: Transportation available each hour to take guests back to hotels
9:30pm: Reception end time
