FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 26th

4:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at The Mount, 2 Plunkett St, Lenox, MA (drive all the way down the road to the main house)

5:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner at Pizzeria Boema, 84 Main St, Lenox, MA 01240

7:30 pm: Welcome drinks at Pizzeria Boema

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 27th

8:00 am: Bridesmaids arrive at get ready location - Maple Glen at the Red Lion Inn, 30 Main St Stockbridge, MA
* Please come with clean faces and clean and dry hair.

11:00am: Lunch available for the ladies

1:00 pm: Hair and Make Up Complete

1:00 pm Bridesmaids and Moms get dressed

1:30pm: Sam, bridesmaids, Mary, Lisa, D'Arcy, Amy depart in shuttle for the Mount

1:47pm: Ladies get dropped off

2:00pm Sam to get in her dress

2:25pm: First look with Sam and father of the bride

2:30pm: First Look

2:45pm: Bridal Party, Family Photos

3:05pm: Guest transportation begins from Red Lion Inn for ceremony

3:30pm Pre-ceremony photos complete

4:00pm: Processional Begins

5:45pm: Cocktail hour concludes/ Guests make their way to their seats in the foyer court

6:10pm: Father of the bride welcome, Ray

6:15pm: Family style dinner served

6:25pm: Toast by Sarah & Jeff and Bud

7:00pm: Guests are welcomed to the terrace for first dance

7:15 pm: Newlywed introduction, First Dance, Parent Dances

7:35 pm: Dance Floor Open!

10:00pm: Wedding ends, transportation back to Red Lion Inn for after party in the Den
