FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th

4:30pm: Ceremony rehearsal at The Otesaga Resort Hotel, 60 Lake St, Cooperstown (lakeside back lawn)

5:00pm: Rehearsal dinner in the Fenimore Room at the Otesaga

7:00pm: Trolley departs with family to welcome party to Brewery Ommegang, 656 County Highway 33, Cooperstown

7:00pm - 10:00pm: Welcome party at Brewery Ommegang

10:30pm: Trolley take family back to Otesaga

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th

12:00pm: Groomsmen arrive to Pathfinder Room, can order lunch off the Hawkeye menu

1:00pm: Nick and groomsmen dressed and ready for photos

3:00pm - 3:45pm: Nick and family/groomsmen photos

Ana and family/bridesmaids photos

3:45pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

4:30pm: Ceremony Begins

7:45pm: Entree served

8:30pm: Group photos on the dance floor; parent dances (Father/daughter and Mother/Son)

8:45pm: Dance floor opens!
