LIZZIE’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20th

5:00pm: Ceremony rehearsal at the Wire

6:00pm: Welcome party at The Wire, Atrium, 48 S River Street, Coxsackie NY

7:00pm: Dueling Pianos begins

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21st

7:50am: Ladies arrive to bridal suite at the Wire

8:00am: Hair begins in bridal suite (arrive with clean, dry hair)
8:00–8:30 – Lillia (Junior Bridesmaid)
8:30–9:15 – Jessica
9:15–10:30 – Lizzie H
10:30–11:15 – Lizzie S
11:15–12:00 – Sabina
12:00–12:45 – Angela (hair only)
12:45 – Touch Ups

9:00am: Makeup begins in bridal suite
9:00–9:40 – Lizzie S
9:40–10:20 – Jessica
10:20–11:00 – Sabina
11:00–12:00 – Lizzie H
12:00–12:30 – Lillia (Junior Bridesmaid)
12:30 – Touch Ups

PRE MAKEUP APPLICATION:
•    arrive with a clean, fresh, makeup FREE face.
•    if you have any inspiration photos, color palettes, etc. to show your makeup artist please have them ready to show before start time.
•    feel free to bring your own lip products to have your makeup artist apply
•    beneficial if you want to reapply throughout the day/night.

11:00am: KOWE arrives to Lizzie at the Wire

1:00pm: Photographer and videographer arrives

1:15pm: Hair and makeup done

1:30pm: Ladies get dressed

1:40pm: Lizzie gets into her dress

1:40pm: Father of the bride, Jon arrives dressed and ready for pictures to Lizzie’s suite

1:45pm: First look with Lizzie and her ladies (b’maids, mom, sister/ sister in laws & niece) and then first look with her dad

2:00pm: First look for Lizzie & Jake

2:30-3:15pm: Bridal party & family pictures at Wire

3:45pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

4:30pm: Ceremony Begins

5:00pm: Ceremony ends, cocktail hour begins
