LIZA’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th

5:30pm: Ceremony rehearsal at Doctor Sax House

6:00pm: Rehearsal dinner following ceremony rehearsal at Doctor Sax House

8:00pm: Welcome dessert reception for all guests at Doctor Sax House

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th

6:00pm: Welcome party at Balderdash Cellars

7:15pm: Guests welcome to find a seat under the tent for dinner

7:30pm: Toasts by Natan Gorod & Lauren Shaffer and Shaili Babbar

8:00pm: Dinner served

8:15pm: Toasts by Leora Mincer & Paul Sherman and Rami Eilian

8:45pm: Dessert served

9:15pm: DJ after party in tasting room

10:15pm: Buses available to take you to after party at Berkshire Untold or back to your hotel

11:00pm- 1:00am: After party at Berkshire Untold

1:00am: Bus available to take any guests back to their hotel

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th

8:30am: Bridesmaids arrive to Liza’s parents home, 25 West Alford Road, West Stockbridge
Coffee and breakfast will be available at the house

9:00am: Hair and makeup begins

1. Please arrive with clean, dry hair.

2. For anyone receiving makeup services, please come with a makeup-free, freshly cleansed and moisturized face. Any facial waxing should be done at least 3 days before the event.

3. Please ask everyone to prepare a couple inspiration photos of the hair and/or makeup look they'd like, to show the artist on the day-of. We recommend selecting photos of someone with a similar hair color, length, skin tone, etc as themselves. Photos of themselves when they've loved their hair/makeup work great!

12:40pm: First look with Liza & Neil

12:50pm: Ladies DEPART in shuttle for Highwood. FOB and brother of the bride to drive to Highwood.

1:15pm: Liza and ladies arrive to Highwood

1:30pm: First look for Liza & Ari

2:20pm: Family and bridal party pictures

3:10pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

3:20pm: Ketubah signing (family)

3:45pm: Tischs in Volpe Studio

6:30pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests welcomed into the Studio E to circle the dance floor

6:45pm: Newlywed Introductions, Hora!!

7:20pm: Salads served, Blessings and toasts (Julie&Neil and Marci&Joel)

7:45pm: Entree served, Toasts by Liza’s siblings, Ari’s sisters and Liza&Ari “Thank you”

8:30pm: First dance, parent dances, dance floor opens

10:00pm: Late night food opens

11:00pm: Reception ends, shuttle available to bring guests back to hotels
