FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th
5:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Chesterwood (4 Williamsville Rd. Stockbridge, MA)
6:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner at The Morgan House (33 Main Street, Lee, MA)
8:00pm-10:00pm: Welcome Party at Hangar Pub and Grill of Pittsfield (1350 East St, Pittsfield, MA)
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th
7:30am: Bridesmaids arrive to 33 Main Boutique Inn Lenox, MA
8:00am: Makeup and Hair services begin
12:30pm: Photographer arrives
12:45pm: All hair and makeup complete
1:00pm: Bridesmaids and Moms get dressed
1:15pm: Lily gets dressed
1:30pm: FOB arrive to 33 Main to hop on the shuttle
1:40pm: Lily, bridesmaids, parents of the bride, mother of the groom depart on shuttle for the venue
2:00pm: Shuttle arrives to the venue
2:10pm: First Look for Lily and Conor
3:00pm: Bridal party photos
3:00pm: Kids get dropped off for pictures
3:15pm: Family pictures
4:00pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete
4:30pm: Processional Begins
Conor and G’men take place at front with Officiant : Father CJ Waitekus
Parents of the Groom : Rose Raftery-Doyle (Mom) & Pat Doyle (Stepdad)
Mother of the Bride: Dana escorted by Justin McCarthy and Andy (son-in-laws)

6:50pm: Parents and Newlywed Introduction; first dance; father/daughter dance; mother/son dance
7:10pm: Toasts: Father of the Bride: Joe Nejaime /Best Man: Joe Gratton/ Maids of Honor: Jenna McCarthy & Adria Gallagher (together)
7:35pm: Entree served
8:15pm: Cake cutting
8:20pm: Dance floor opens!
11:00pm: Wedding ends, transportation available back to CY Marriott and Hampton Inn

10:30am- 1:00pm: Morning after brunch at Bride's Parents Home (86 Birchwood Ln. Lenox, MA 01240)
