LIA’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS

FRIDAY AUGUST 8th

12:30pm: Ceremony rehearsal at Callicoon Hills - meet in the main lobby and we’ll all walk down together

2:00pm - 5:00pm: Lia and Benny to welcome guests upon arrival

5:00pm- 10:00pm: Welcome Party

SATURDAY, AUGUST 9th

8:00am - 10:00am: Breakfast Available

9:45am: Meet in main lobby to be escorted to morning yoga. If you have a yoga mat, please bring along.

10:00 - 11:00am: Morning Yoga

10:15am: Hair and makeup begins at the Creekside Cabin
1. Please remind everyone to wash and blow dry their hair the night before if they are doing an updo or curls. If anyone is pre-signed up for a blow dry, they can wash it right before their scheduled hair time and should arrive with damp hair, wrapped in a towel. All hair (and extensions if selected) should be pre-detangled/combed through.

2. For anyone receiving makeup services, please come with a makeup-free, freshly cleansed, exfoliated, and moisturized face. Any facial waxing should be done at least 3 days before the event.

3. Please ask everyone to prepare a couple inspiration photos of the hair and/or makeup look they'd like, to show the artist on the day-of. We recommend selecting photos of someone with a similar hair color, length, skin tone, etc as themselves. Photos of themselves when they've loved their hair/makeup work great!

2:00pm: Hair and makeup done; family head back to their rooms to get dressed

2:00pm: Lia’s friends arrive to Creekside Cabin to hang out

3:00pm: Alan and Betty arrive back to Creekside Cabin dressed and ready for pictures

3:10pm: Lia gets dressed

3:30pm: First look for Lia and Benny and portraits

3:45pm: All family meet in main lobby to be escorted to family photo location. Grandmother Marta to be golf carted down.

4:00pm: Family pictures

5:00pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

5:30pm: Ceremony Begins

6:00pm: Ceremony ends; guests move to cocktail hour. Lia and Benny have moment alone in the barn

7:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, Guests invited to find their seats in the barn. L&B first dance, dance set, salads served

7:55pm: Toasts Lia&Benny; Alan&Betty; Ingrid&Roger; Asya; Lilly; Christopher

8:35pm: Dinner served; Hora; dance floor opens

11:00pm: Reception ends, after party begins in main boarding house

4:00pm: After party ends!

SUNDAY AUGUST 10th

9:00am- 11:00am: Fairwell brunch in main boarding house
