1:00 pm: Groom and groomsmen ready in room for pictures

1:00 pm: Photographer arrives at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley

1:00 pm: Videographer arrives for "getting ready shots" at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley

2:45pm: Bridal Party Photos

3:15pm: Family Photos

3:45pm: Begin transporting Bridal Party up to the barn

4:30pm: Ceremony Begins
