2:00pm: Ceremony rehearsal at Kanu Restaurant at Whiteface Lodge

3:00pm: Drinks with wedding party and parents at Top of the Park, 2407 Main St, Lake Placid

4:00pm - 6:00pm: Welcome party begins at Top of the Park

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 6th

6:00am: Bridesmaids arrive at the Presidential Suite at Whiteface Lodge

6:30am: Hair begins

8:00am: Makeup begins

8:30am: Mother of the groom arrives for hair and makeup

11:30am: Photographer arrives

12:00pm: All hair and makeup complete

12:15pm: Bridesmaids and moms get dressed

12:30pm: Kelsey gets dressed

12:30pm: Father of the bride, David and brother, Griffin arrives to Presidential Suite dressed and ready for pictures

12:45pm: Pictures with Kelsey and her dad/brother

1:00pm: First look, portraits and private vows for Kelsey and Steven

1:30pm: Bridal Party photos

1:55pm: Family meet in main lobby to be directed for photos

2:00pm: Family pictures

2:30pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

3:00pm: Processional Begins

5:15pm: Bridal Party Introductions

5:20pm First Dance; parent dances, dance set

5:40pm: First course served; guests invited to find their seats

6:00pm: Toasts by David, Luke and Claire

6:25pm: Entrée Served

7:00pm: Cake cutting, dance floor opens

10:00pm: Reception Ends, shuttle available until 11:00pm to take guests back to other hotels
