FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th

3:30pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Church of Sacred Heart Saint Francis de Sales, 238 Main St, Bennington, VT 05201

5:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner at Taconic Hotel North Porch, 3835 Main St, Manchester, VT 05254

7:00pm: Welcome Party at Southern Vermont Arts Center - - 860 Southern Vermont Arts Center Dr, Manchester, VT

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th

6:45am: Bridesmaids arrive to getting ready location at Taconic

7:00am: Hair and makeup begins

10:45am: Photographer and videographer arrives to Kelly

11:15am: All hair and makeup complete, ladies get dressed

11:30am: Kelly gets dressed

11:30am: FOB, Jens arrive dressed and ready for photos

11:45am: First look with bridesmaids then first look with FOB, Jens

12:00pm: Kelly and bridesmaids ready to depart

12:20pm: Shuttle departs for church with Brian, parents of the groom, mother of the bride, bridesmaids and groomsmen

12:50pm: Kelly and FOB, Jens departs for church

1:30pm: Processional Begins

2:45pm: Ceremony Concludes: Extended family photos on the altar

3:15pm: Everyone load back onto shuttle for pictures along the way back to the venue

3:15pm: Bridal party pictures at Orvis

4:15pm - 5:00pm: Immediate family photos

5:00pm: Shuttle takes bridal party to

5:00pm: Cocktail hour begins

5:45pm: Kelly and Brian sunset photos

6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests invited into the tent

6:15pm: Introductions of parents, bridal party and the newlyweds!
