5:30pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Congress Park - 1 E Congress Street, Saratoga Springs
*No parking available in the park, we recommend walking or parking on Spring Street/Spring Street lot
6:30pm: Rehearsal Dinner at Panza's 129 S Broadway, Saratoga Springs
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th
7:15am: Bridesmaids arrive to 24 Park Place, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
7:30am: Hair and makeup begins

12:15pm: Photographer arrives to Katie
12:45am: All hair and makeup complete, ladies get dressed
1:20pm: Katie gets dressed
1:30pm: FOB, Dan dressed and ready for photos
1:40pm: Katie’s first look with bridesmaids then first look with Dan
2:05pm: FOB Dan drive Katie and girls to Congress Park
2:15pm: First look, private vows and portraits for Katie and Kevin
2:45pm: Bridal party pictures
3:15pm: Family pictures
3:45pm: Pre-Ceremony photos complete
4:30pm: Processional Begins

5:00pm: Ceremony Concludes: Cocktail Hour begins
6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests find their seats in main ballroom
6:15pm: Grandparents and parents recognized from their seats; bridal party and newlywed introductions
6:17pm: First dance; parent dances (father/daughter then mother/son)
6:25pm: First course served
6:35pm: Welcome by Father of the Bride, Dan / Toasts by Brooke/ Ethan / Jess
7:00pm: Entree served
7:45pm: Cake cutting; dessert and coffee station opens
7:55pm: Dance floor opens!
10:00pm: Reception ends
10:00-12:00am: After party at the Holiday Inn
