5:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Proprietor's Lodge, 22 Waubeek Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201

6:00pm - 8:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner

8:00pm-10:00pm:  Welcome Party

SATURDAY MAY 31st

7:30am: Bridesmaids arrive to Abby’s parents house: 780 West Road Richmond, MA 01254

8:00am: Hair and Make-Up begins

12:30pm: Videographer Arrive to Abby’s parents house

12:30pm: Bridesmaids have all items ready to have coordinator take to venue (dress, shoes, undergarments, deodorant, jewelry, after party clothes, etc)

1:00pm: All hair and makeup complete

1:05pm: Abby and bridesmaids depart from house to Highwood to get dressed

1:30pm: Ladies arrive to Highwood to get dressed

2:00pm: Abby gets dressed (MOB & MOH to help)

2:15pm: FOB dressed and ready for pictures at Highwood

2:30pm: First look with Abby and her dad

2:45pm: First look for Abby and Josh

3:15pm: Bridal party pictures

3:30pm: Grandparents and all extended family arrive to The Linde Center for Music and Learning for pictures (golf Carts will be ready to take them to Highwood for photos)

3:45pm: Family pictures at Highwood

4:05pm: All pictures complete, everyone go back into the main house before ceremony

5:00pm: Processional Begins ::: SONG Love Suite from Orfeo and Eurydice - Gluck

5:40pm: Ceremony ends, guests walk to Cindy’s Cafe for cocktail hour

5:45pm: Cocktail hour begins

6:45pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests invited to Studio E for dinner and dancing

7:00pm:  Guest invited to circle around the dance floor - Introduction of Josh and Abby

7:03pm:  First Dance, Hora! Salad served while dancing

7:25pm:  Blessing over the wine and challah by Barbara, toast by parents of the bride, toast by parents of the groom, parent dances

7:55pm: Dance set

8:20pm: Entree Served; toasts by Emily, Dana and Jordan

8:45pm:  Josh and Abby thank you, Cake Cutting and Dance Floor opens

11:00pm: Reception end time- AFTER PARTY at Terrace Bar at Common or Garden Pub, 425 Park St, Housatonic, MA
Shuttles available to take guests to the after party and hotels after the after party.

2:00am: Last Shuttle to hotels departs
