4:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at The Yard at Wylder Windham

5:00pm-7:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner at The Library in Pines

7:30pm: Welcome Gathering

FRIDAY, AUGUST 7th

9:30am: Hair and makeup begins in the Baller Suite for Karen and ladies
* Please come with clean faces and clean and dry hair

1:30pm: Photographer arrives

2:00pm: Hair and Make Up complete

2:15pm: Karen’s mom and sister get dressed

2:45pm: Karen gets into her dress

3:15pm: First Look for Caitlyn and Karen

3:15pm Bridesmaids get dressed

3:45pm: Bridal Party meet in lobby of Wylder photos

4:15pm: Family meet in lobby of Wylder for photos

5:00pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

5:30pm: Processional Begins

6:00pm: Ceremony Ends; Love tunnel of guests for Karen and Caitlyn

6:10pm: Cocktail hour begins; extended family photos at ceremony location

7:00pm: Cocktail hour concludes, Guests make their way to the ballroom to find their seats

7:15pm: Newlywed Introduction; first dance; welcome by K&C

7:35pm: Entree served

8:15pm: Table photos with all guests, cake cutting, Karen & her dad dance, dance floor opens

11:00pm: Wedding ends, after party begins

1:00pm: After party ends

SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th

9:00am-11:00am: Morning after brunch in the lobby

11:00am - 1:00pm: Pool day at Wylder

3:00pm - 5:00pm: Corn hole Tournament (Make sure to sign up during the reception of the wedding - near the guest book!)
