NOTE: FOR THOSE WHO RENTED THEIR TUXES, PLEASE OPEN, CHECK, TRY ON ALL PIECES OF YOUR TUX BEFORE THE WEEKEND TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING FITS/IN THE RENTAL BAG.
FRIDAY MAY 30th
5:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Proprietor's Lodge, 22 Waubeek Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner
8:00pm-10:00pm: Welcome Party
SATURDAY MAY 31st
12:00pm: Josh & groomsmen arrive to 1 Devon Rd Stockbridge, MA.
12:45pm: KOWE coordinator arrives to Stockbridge house. Guys should be fully dressed and ready to depart. If you would like to change prior to heading to the after party, bring those clothes in a bag.
1:15pm: Josh and groomsmen depart from Stockbridge house to The Linde Center for Music and Learning (do not put the actual address into your GPS or you’ll end up in the wrong spot)
1:30pm: Photo/Video arrives
2:45pm: First look for Abby and Josh
3:15pm: Bridal party pictures
3:30pm: Grandparents arrive to The Linde Center for Music and Learning for pictures (golf Carts will be ready to take them to Highwood for photos)
3:45pm: Family pictures at Highwood
4:05pm: All pictures complete, everyone go back into the main house before ceremony
5:00pm: Processional Begins ::: SONG Love Suite from Orfeo and Eurydice - Gluck
Officiant takes place at front under Chuppah

CEREMONY BEGINS
5:40pm: Ceremony ends, guests walk to Cindy’s Cafe for cocktail hour
5:45pm: Cocktail hour begins
6:45pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests invited to Studio E for dinner and dancing
7:00pm: Guest invited to circle around the dance floor - Introduction of Josh and Abby
7:03pm: First Dance, Hora! Salad served while dancing
7:25pm: Blessing over the wine and challah by Barbara, toast by parents of the bride, toast by parents of the groom, parent dances
7:55pm: Dance set
8:20pm: Entree Served; toasts by Emily, Dana and Jordan
8:45pm: Josh and Abby thank you, Cake Cutting and Dance Floor opens
11:00pm: Reception end time- AFTER PARTY at Terrace Bar at Common or Garden Pub, 425 Park St, Housatonic, MA
Shuttles available to take guests to the after party and hotels after the after party.
Cars can be picked up back at Linde Center the next day.
2:00am: Last Shuttle to hotels departs
