JILLS’S FAMILY AND BRIDESMAIDS

FRIDAY AUGUST 1st

5:30pm: Ceremony rehearsal at The Mount, 2 Plunkett St, Lenox, MA

7:30pm- 10:00pm: Welcome Party at DeFazio's at Kemble Inn, 2 Kemble Inn, Lenox

SATURDAY, AUGUST 2nd

9:00am: Hair and makeup begins at the Kemble Inn
Clean dry hair and clean faces for those getting hair and makeup

12:00pm: KOWE arrives to the Kemble Inn with lunch for everyone

1:00pm: Hair and makeup done

1:30pm: Bridesmaids and Moms get dressed

1:55pm: Jill, Bridesmaids and both moms depart in 14 passenger van for the Mount

2:00pm: Jill and ladies arrive to the Mount, go upstairs to the third floor to get Jill into her gown

2:30pm: First look and portraits for Evan and Jill

3:45pm: Bridal party pictures

4:45pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

5:30pm: Ceremony Begins

CEREMONY BEGINS

6:00pm: Ceremony ends; Bell exit; Family photos immediately after ceremony

6:00pm: Cocktail hour begins

7:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, Introduction, first dance, salads served

7:30pm: Toasts by Father of the bride, Toast by Mother of the groom, Toast by Maids of honors (together), toast by best man

8:00pm: Dinner served; sunset pictures; cake cutting;

8:40pm: Parent dances, dance floor opens

11:00pm: Reception ends, shuttles available to take guests back to their hotels or to the after party
