Wedding day timeline

JEN’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th

4:30pm: Ceremony rehearsal at Tanglewood - Highwood. Park in the Maple Lot (297 West St, Lenox)

6:00pm: Rehearsal dinner at Alta Restaurant and Wine Bar

8:30pm - 10:00pm: Welcome party at Alta Restaurant and Wine Bar

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th

8:00am: Ladies bring all items for the day to Jen’s suite at the Gateways

8:15am: Makeup begins at Gateways
Coffee and breakfast will be available from Patisserie

9:00am: Hair begins across the street at Sheer Design

1. Please arrive with clean, dry hair.

2. For anyone receiving makeup services, please come with a makeup-free, freshly cleansed and moisturized face. Any facial waxing should be done at least 3 days before the event.

3. Please ask everyone to prepare a couple inspiration photos of the hair and/or makeup look they'd like, to show the artist on the day-of. We recommend selecting photos of someone with a similar hair color, length, skin tone, etc as themselves. Photos of themselves when they've loved their hair/makeup work great!

12:45pm: Hair and makeup done

1:20pm: Father of the bride and groom drive Jen & bridesmaids to Highwood to get dressed

1:35pm: Bridesmaids get dressed

1:40pm: Jen gets into her dress

2:15pm: First look and private vows for Cav & Jen

2:45pm: Grandparents arrive to Linde Center for pictures

3:00pm: Family and bridal party pictures

3:45pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

4:30pm: Ceremony Begins
