3:00pm: Ceremony rehearsal at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 18 Broad St, Plattsburgh

6:00pm- 10:00pm: Rehearsal dinner at the Meadow Room at Whiteface Lodge

SATURDAY, AUGUST 23rd

5:15am: Hair and makeup begins at the Presidental Suite
1. Please remind everyone to wash and blow dry their hair the night before if they are doing an updo or curls. If anyone is pre-signed up for a blow dry, they can wash it right before their scheduled hair time and should arrive with damp hair, wrapped in a towel. All hair (and extensions if selected) should be pre-detangled/combed through.

2. For anyone receiving makeup services, please come with a makeup-free, freshly cleansed, exfoliated, and moisturized face. Any facial waxing should be done at least 3 days before the event.

3. Please ask everyone to prepare a couple inspiration photos of the hair and/or makeup look they'd like, to show the artist on the day-of. We recommend selecting photos of someone with a similar hair color, length, skin tone, etc as themselves. Photos of themselves when they've loved their hair/makeup work great!

9:15am: Breakfast Available

10:30am: Photographer arrives

10:45am: Hair and makeup done;

11:00am: Bridesmaids and Mom, Kim get dressed

11:00am: FOB, Mike and ring bearer & flower boys arrive to Presidental Suite dressed and ready for pictures

11:10am: Jenna gets dressed

11:15am: First look with Jenna and Mike

11:30am: Jenna, bridesmaids, Greg, 3 boys and parents of the bride depart in shuttle for church

1:00pm: Ceremony Begins
Blake and Best Man take place at front with Father (back scarcity) 
Groomsmen walk down the side aisle to take place

CEREMONY BEGINS

2:00pm: Ceremony ends; everyone goes on shuttle for pictures at parents of the bride' house

2:35pm- 3:15pm: Family, bridal party and couple’s pictures

3:15pm: Everyone hops back on the shuttle to head to Whiteface Lodge

5:00pm: Cocktail hour begins. Large family and friend pictures during cocktail hour

6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, Guests invited to find their seats.

6:15pm: Toasts by Meagan, John and Jenna&Blake

6:45pm: Entree served

7:20pm: Sunset photos for J&B, cake cutting, invite guests into Whispering Pines for first dance

7:35pm: Introductions (parents, bridal party, J&B); first dance; parent dances; dance floor opens

11:00pm: Reception ends, shuttle available to bring guests back to hotels
