5:00pm: Ceremony rehearsal at the Wire

6:00pm: Welcome party at The Wire, Atrium, 48 S River Street, Coxsackie NY

7:00pm: Dueling Pianos begins

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21st

1:15pm: Groomsmen arrive to getting ready location - upstairs in main event space

1:45pm: Jake and groomsmen ready for pictures

2:00pm: First look for Lizzie & Jake

2:30-3:15pm: Bridal party & family pictures at Wire

3:45pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

4:30pm: Ceremony Begins

5:00pm: Ceremony ends, cocktail hour begins

6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests welcomed into the ballroom

6:20pm: Bridal party Introductions, First dance; father-daughter dance

6:35pm: First course served; Toasts by Father of the bride, Jon; Toast by maid of honor, Lizzie, Toast by Jordan

7:00pm: Entree served

8:00pm: Cake cutting, family dance; dance floor opens

10:00pm: Reception ends

10:00pm - 12:00am: After Party at Patrick Henry’s
