FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16th
3:45pm: Everyone meet at Highwood Lawn at Tanglewood for ceremony rehearsal
Bridal party and family will park in Maple Lot, 297 West St, Lenox, MA 01240
5:00pm - 7:00pm: Rehearsal dinner at Gateways Inn, 51 Walker Street, Lenox MA
7:30-9:30pm: Welcome Party at Gateways Inn, 51 Walker Street, Lenox MA
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17th
7:40am: Bridesmaids arrive to 850 Summer St, Lee, MA 01238
8:00am: Hair and makeup services begin
Clean, dry hair and clean faces
1:00pm: Photographer and videographer arrives
1:00pm: All hair and makeup complete
1:15pm: Bridesmaids, Moms and grandmother get dressed
1:20pm: Hazel and ladies ready to go to Highwood
1:30pm: Hazel, B'Maids (9), MOB, MOG, grandmother, Renee depart in shuttle for the venue
1:40pm: Ladies arrive to the venue
1:45pm: Hazel gets dressed (mom and maids of honors help her get into her dress)
1:45pm: FOB, Dan arrives to Highwood, dressed and ready for photos
1:55pm: First look for Hazel and her dad, Dan
2:15pm: First Look and portraits for Hazel & Ben (couple will head over to Whispering Bench for photos)
3:00pm: Bridal party and Family pictures
4:00pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete
4:00- 4:30pm: Ketubah signing in Highwood (in attendance: Immediate family / bridal party/ grandparents and signers, Sasha and Noah)
5:00pm: Processional Begins

5:40pm: Sunset pictures after Yichud
6:30pm: Cocktail hour concludes, Guests invited into Studio E for dinner
6:45pm: Parents, bridal party and couple Introduction; First dance; Blessing over the challah and wine before food is served by grandparents
7:00pm: Salad is served. Toasts by Dan & Lynne / Best Man / Maid of Honor
7:30pm: Entree served
8:10pm: Cake cutting; Father/daughter dance; Mother/son dance; HORA!
10:30pm: Reception ends, shuttles take guests back to hotels and to the after party
11:00pm - 1:00am: After party at The Olde Heritage Tavern, 12 Housatonic St # 201, Lenox, MA 01240
1:00am: After party ends, shuttles available to take guests back to their hotels and Airbnbs
