*This bar is fully outdoors, so if the weather is looking iffy, we will share another location

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th

4:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Share House, 23 Ann St, Charleston
PEOPLE WE NEED: people walking down the aisle/ readers (EJ, Erin, Katie S, Katie O’)

4:00pm: Amanda’s FRC recruited to help set up welcome party

5:00pm-8:00pm: Welcome party at Share House, 23 Ann St, Charleston

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11th

9:00am: Hair and makeup begins at the Palm Suite at the Ryder Hotel, 237 Meeting St, Charleston

• Makeup: come with clean hydrated faces - no leftover makeup

• Hair: come with clean, dry hair. No dirty greasy mops

• Feel free to drop in and out whenever you want.

10:30am: Lunch delivered for everyone

11:45am: EJ and Erin get dressed - for some photos w/ Amanda

12:00pm: Amanda gets dressed

12:30pm: Casey gets dressed

1:00pm: First look for Casey and Amanda

2:00pm: Hair and makeup complete for all, everyone get dressed
You are welcome to get dressed in our room or back at your hotel! We have the room until Tuesday AM, so you can leave your stuff!

2:30pm: FRC waiting in lobby of Ryder Hotel for beautiful bus
* Cooler with water, snacks and champagne

2:40pm: A&C&FRC departs in beautiful bus for the venue for pictures

3:00pm: A&C&FRC photos

4:00pm: Immediate family photos at venue

4:30pm: Guests begin to arrive

4:50pm: FRC take their seats at ceremony

5:00pm: Processional Begins

5:30pm: Ceremony Concludes: Cocktail Hour begins

6:45pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests circle the dance floor under the tent

7:00pm: First dance; dance set for everyone

7:05pm: First course served while guests are up dancing

7:25pm: Welcome by Tom / Toast by Colleen / Thank you from Amanda & Casey

7:50pm: Entree served

8:20pm: Casey and her dad’s father-daughter dance then dance floor opens!

10:30pm: Reception ends; buses back to hotels and after party

11:00pm- 1:30am: After party at John King Piano Bar
No transportation available back to hotels but there are LOTS of pedicabs available to take you back to your hotel
