4:30pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Antonio's Bayside Bistro, 2999 New York 9L, Lake George

5:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner at Antonio's Bayside Bistro

7:00pm-10:00pm: Welcome Party at Antonio's Bayside Bistro

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th

Getting Ready Airbnb: 110 Library Ave, Warrensburg, NY 12885

6:00am: Hair services begin
Clean, dry hair

8:00am: Makeup services begin

11:30am: Photographer arrives

12:15pm: All hair and makeup complete

12:30pm: Bridesmaids and parents get dressed

12:50pm: Emma’s dad, Kent drive everyone to the venue

1:15pm: Emma gets dressed at the venue

1:30pm: First look with bridesmaids then first look with FOB Kent

1:45pm: Lunch served, make sure to eat and stay hydrated!

1:45pm - 2:30pm: First Look for Emma and Chris

2:30-3:00pm: Bridal party photos

3:00-3:30pm: Family pictures

3:30pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

4:30pm: Processional Begins

5:30pm: Cocktail hour concludes, Guests invited into the barn, first course served

5:47pm: Bridal party Introductions; Toasts by Santiago and Nate

6:00pm: Sunset photos for E&C

6:00pm: Entree served

6:30pm: Father/daughter dance; Mother/son dance; first dance

6:40pm: Cake cutting, invite all guests into Hudson Barn

6:45pm: Dance floor opens!

9:45pm: Reception ends, guests shuttled back to hotels or to the after party at Lake George Beach Club

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th

10:00am: Morning after brunch at Family's Airbnb (110 Library Ave, Warrensburg, NY 12885)
