2:00pm-5:00pm: Pool Party

4:00pm: Check in available for guest rooms

6:00pm-9:00pm: Welcome Party

SATURDAY MAY 30TH

9:00-11:00am: Breakfast Buffet Available in Main Lodge for hotel guests

12:00pm: Wedding lunch available for guests (pool side)

12:00pm: Photographer arrives

1:00pm: Groomsmen dressed and ready for pictures at Dylan’s room

1:30pm: Dylan and groomsmen pictures

2:15pm: First Look for Ari and Dylan

2:45pm: Bridal Party

3:30pm: Family Photos

4:00pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete

5:00pm: Processional Begins

10:30pm: Wedding ends, after party begins in the Conover Club

11:00am: Check out

12:00pm: Shuttle departs for NYC
