FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9th

8:00pm: If you are in town, we are having a VERY casual hang at Charleston‘s Smallest Bar, 39C John Street, Charleston, SC
*This bar is fully outdoors, so if the weather is looking iffy, we will share another location

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10th

4:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Share House, 23 Ann St, Charleston
PEOPLE WE NEED: people walking down the aisle/ readers (review list below). If you are not part of the ceremony you are welcome to come!!!

5:00pm-8:00pm: Welcome party at Share House, 23 Ann St, Charleston

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11th

3:20pm: Benson family (Mom, Dad, Will, Danny, Bridget, Auntie Sue) meet in lobby of Courtyard by Marriott Charleston Historic District, 125 Calhoun St, Charleston, SC 29401 to take bus over to the venue for pictures.
4:00pm: Immediate family photos at venue

4:15pm: Benson-Coster-Carroll-Gillbeault family Bus DEPARTS from Hilton Vacation Club Lodge Alley Inn, 195 E Bay St, Charleston for the venue (please be on time)

4:40pm: Bus arrives to the venue

5:00pm: Processional Begins
Officiant, Kristen takes her place before music is cued 
says a welcome - turn off your phones/no cameras, be present

5:30pm: Ceremony Concludes: Cocktail Hour begins

6:45pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests circle the dance floor under the tent

7:00pm: First dance; dance set for everyone

7:05pm: First course served while guests are up dancing

7:25pm: Welcome by Tom / Toast by Colleen / Thank you from Amanda & Casey

7:50pm: Entree served

8:20pm: Casey and her dad’s father-daughter dance then dance floor opens!

10:30pm: Reception ends; buses back to hotels and after party

11:00pm- 1:30am: After party at John King Piano Bar
No transportation available back to hotels but there are LOTS of pedicabs available to take you back to your hotel
