3:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Kanu Restaurant in Whiteface Lodge Resort

6:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner at Mirror Lake Inn, 77 Mirror Lake Dr, Lake Placid

9:00pm: Welcome drinks at Whiteface Lodge, Peak 47 Bar

SATURDAY, AUGUST 22nd

8:00am: Hair and makeup begins in Presidential Suite for Carolyn, Paige and Gretchen
8:00 AM – 8:45 AM: Paige / Gretchen
8:45 AM – 9:30 AM: Paige / Gretchen
9:30 AM – 10:15 AM: Bride
10:15 AM – 11:00 AM:Bride

11:30am: Photographer arrives to Carolyn

12:00pm: All hair and makeup complete for Carolyn, Paige and Gretchen

12:20pm: Paige and Gretchen get dressed

12:40pm: Carolyn gets dressed

1:00pm: Hair and makeup complete for grooms family, get dressed

1:00pm: Carolyn and Brian’s first look and private vows

1:40pm: Family meets in main lobby of hotel for pictures

1:45pm: Family photos

2:15pm: Pre-Ceremony photos complete, family heads to Owners Lounge

3:00pm: Processional Begins

6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests find their seats for dinner

6:30pm: Toasts by FOB Thomas, Paige, Bill and Patrick

7:00pm: Entree served

7:30pm: Cake cutting

7:40pm: First dance, parent dances, open dance floor!

9:30pm: Late night food

11:00pm: Reception ends
