9:00am: Bride to have dress, shoes, rings, jewelry, invitation, family heirlooms in one place for pictures

9:30am: Katie O’ Team arrives

12:00pm: All hair and makeup complete

12:15pm: Bridesmaids get dressed

1:45pm: Bridal Party departs for the ceremony in Dad’s Tahoe

1:45pm: Dad arrives to pick-up Brittany

2:00pm: Dad & Brittany depart for the Ceremony

4:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests are invited to find their seats

4:15pm: Bridal Party Introductions - enter in groups & stay on the dance floor

4:20pm First Dance; parent dances

5:00pm: Stations open for Dinner

5:30pm: Toasts
