9:06am: Golf for Jake and guys at Miraval Berkshires
5:00pm: Ceremony Rehearsal at Miraval Berkshires, 55 Lee Rd, Lenox, MA 01240
6:15pm: Shuttles available from Miraval, Courtyard Marriott and Hampton Inn to welcome party
NO PARKING ONSITE
6:30pm-9:30pm: Welcome Party at Parent of the Bride Home
7:30pm: Blessing from grandparents; Toasts by Zachary/ Josh/ Lindsay and Matthew
9:30pm: Transportation back to hotels
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th
1:30pm: Jake, brothers and dads arrive to Stonewell Room to get dressed
2:00pm: Jake, brothers and dads dressed and ready for pictures
2:45pm: Father of the bride, Steven arrives to Rachel’s room ready and dressed for pictures
3:00pm: First look for Rachel and her dad, Steven
3:15pm: First Look and portraits for Rachel & Jake
4:15pm: Family pictures
5:15pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete
5:30pm: Ketubah signing in the Tea Room
6:00pm: Processional Begins

12:00am: Reception ends, after party begins
