5:45am: Hair and makeup begins at the Kenmore Ballroom, 76 N. Pearl Street, Albany
Free street parking available all day
7:00am: Breakfast and coffee available for ladies

9:30am: KOWE arrives to the girls

10:30am: Photo, Margarita and Christine arrive to the Kenmore Ballroom

11:00am: Hair and makeup done

11:30am: Bridesmaids and Moms get dressed

11:30am: FOB, Michael arrives to the Kenmore Ballroom

11:40am: Ang gets into her gown

12:00pm: First look with bridesmaid (causal)

12:10pm: First look with FOB, Michael

12:15pm: Moment together, but no first look for Ang & Joe

1:05pm: Limo bus departs from the Kenmore Ballroom to church with bridesmaids
Ang, MOH and parents depart in Father of the bride’s car

1:20pm: Limo bus and FOB’s car arrive to church

1:30pm: Ceremony Begins
Joe walk down first - pause until he is up at the altar

4:15pm: Bridal party pictures; A&J pictures

5:00pm: Cocktail hour begins

6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, Introduction, first dance, parent dances

6:43pm: First course served; Toasts by FOB Michael, Toast by Anna, Toast by Jimmy

7:15pm: Dinner served; sunset pictures; cake cutting; dance floor opens

9:45pm: Private last dance; sparkler exit

10:00-12:00pm: After party at Patrick Henry’s. Shuttle available back to Holiday Inn, 12740 Route 9W, West Coxsackie until 12:30am
