4:00pm: Ceremony rehearsal at Jimbo's Club at the Point, 7201 NY-8, Brant Lake, NY 12815
6:00pm: Rehearsal dinner at Boathouse Restaurant, 3210 Lake Shore Dr, Lake George, NY
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th
7:15am: Bridesmaids arrive to the Boathouse at Jimbo’s Club at the Point
7:30am: Hair and makeup services begin
Clean, dry hair and clean faces
8:30am: Breakfast delivered
12:00pm: Lunch delivered
1:00pm: Photographer and videographer arrives
1:30pm: All hair and makeup complete
1:45pm: Bridesmaids and Mom get dressed
2:00pm: Alicia gets dressed
2:20pm: First look with Alicia and her bridesmaids
2:30pm: Alicia portraits
2:45pm - 3:15pm: Bridal party and family pictures
3:15pm: Pre-ceremony photos complete
4:00pm: Processional Begins

4:30pm: Ceremony Ends; Bridal party pictures on steps / family photos / Alicia and Josh portraits
5:00pm: Cocktail hour begins
6:00pm: Cocktail hour concludes, Guests invited into main reception space
6:15pm: Parents, bridal party and couple introduction; First dance; dance set; First course served
6:40pm: Toasts by parents of the groom; toast by Maid of Honor; Toast by Best Man
7:05pm: Entree served; cake cutting
7:40pm: Mother/daughter dance; Mother/son dance; Dance floor opens
9:50pm: Reception ends, guest invited to go outside to the after-party. Shuttles take guests back to the hotel hotel
10:00pm - 12:00am: After party on the beach
12:00am: After party ends, shuttle available to take guests back to the hotel
