SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 20th

10:00am: Groomsmen arrive at 216 Biers Rd Coeymans Hollow, NY 12046

REMINDER TO OPEN YOUR SUIT BAGS TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING IS THE CORRECT SIZE AND EVERYTHING IS THERE! 

10:00am: Katie O’ Team arrives

10:30am: Quick Ceremony walk-through with Katie O’ Team

11:00am

*Guys should be mostly dressed with shirts and pants on but details such as jackets, ties, bow ties should be left for photo to capture*

11:30am Photo arrives to capture getting ready shots

12:40pm: Father of the bride, Billy does first look with Brittany

1:00pm: All pre-ceremony photos are complete

1:30pm: Groomsmen to greet & usher guests to ceremony area

2:00pm: Processional Begins

4:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests are invited to find their seats

4:15pm: Bridal Party Introductions - enter in groups & stay on the dance floor

4:20pm First Dance; parent dances

5:00pm: Stations open for Dinner

5:30pm: Toasts
