Katie O'Malley is a wedding and event professional with over 12 years of experience assisting clients with their most important days. She has learned that being a wedding planner takes equal parts patience, compassion, mentoring and positive attitude to make the process fun.

Through the connections she has made with clients she has become a mentor, friend, confidant, moderator, cheerleader and sometimes therapist.

Throughout her career she has created small, intimate gatherings in private homes to full-blown, larger-than-life events with thousands in attendance. Katie has been instrumental in orchestrating outstanding experiences for clients such as singing legend Tony Bennett, editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan magazine Kate White and hundreds of couples just like you.

As a wedding professional, Katie has assisted couples in making the details they’ve always dreamed of come to life on their big day and receives the most joy in seeing the bride and groom celebrating with their closest family and friends.
